Software Maintenance and Support Policy


Current maintenance and support subscriptions include the following benefits:

1. New upgrades and updates (call for download access)
2. Product upgrades if maintenance and support subscription is current. Credit for current non-network version to new products in the same product line.
      Example: OwnerImage Builder-Enterprise License.
3. Email support during regular business hours.
4. Phone, NetMeeting, Inter-Tel Support, may be arranged in advance.
       We supply an Inter-Tel Linktivity Server for direct web-based support>

On site support is not routinely included, but can be supplied as contract support. Support of this nature is supplied at an hourly rate (please call). One-way travel time is charged at this rate for visits of less than 4 hours within the locally accepted maintenance and consulting areas (Denver Metro Area).

Support costs requiring visits may be waived for extenuating circumstances.

Out-of-town visits will be charged at per diem rate (please call) with all travel costs reimbursed by client.
